Rudraksh stood in front of the mirror in the washroom, halfway through shaving his beard. The thought of going completely clean-shaven didn’t even cross his mind; after all, Ruhanika adored his light beard, often calling it "perfectly rugged." As he worked, his thoughts drifted to the previous night. He chuckled softly, recalling how Ruhanika had unabashedly kissed his cheeks in front of everyone, leaving him blushing like a teenager. Even later, in the privacy of their room, she hadn’t held back from showering him with love, her playful antics still fresh in his mind.
Smiling to himself, Rudraksh applied shaving foam to his cheeks and along his jawline, preparing to finish the task. Just as he picked up the razor, a sudden banging on the bathroom door startled him. It wasn’t a polite knock but an urgent, almost desperate sound, like someone on the other side couldn’t wait a second longer. Frowning, he set the razor down.
